If you haven't heard of it where have you been?!
The Clothes Show Live, held at the NEC in Birmingham, is the UK's largest fashion and beauty event, where you, me, celebrities, bloggers, designers and entrepreneurs gather over a series of days to unite over our common interests.
Me and my mum go together at every opportunity we can as it makes the perfect day out for anyone looking for a bargain and for any last minute christmas presents. We purchased lots of beauty gift bags, it was hard to control yourself when they were worth x3 more than the cost of the products. But I will mention those in a later beauty haul post. (Keep an eye out!)

Tickets are available at standard and platinum rates, booking late meant that we had to pay extra as they were the only remaining, but OMG it was worth it. Tickets include a seat in one of the scheduled catwalk shows put together and amazingly we managed to bag front row seats! With the best seats in the house came the best photograph opportunities and a personalised experience as the models would interact, giving eye contact during their performances. As I have the intention to go into the fashion industry the catwalk was a great opportunity for some inspiration. Bold shapes were a major theme of the collections and the music was so incapsulating as every beat was in time with the models footsteps. As for the dancers, it made me want to learn (which would never happen as I have no sense of rhythm and more than 2 left feet).

I definitely recommend that if you can make it, you should check it out. As of next year the show is moving to Liverpool under the name of the British Style Collective, in the summer this time (7th-9th July 2017).
